Shipping Costs
Most products qualify for free shipping as long as your order is over $100.00. This applies to retail orders only. Please note, some large and bulky items, such as SAB helicopter bags, canopies and blades have higher order minimums to qualify for free shipping, generally when your order includes one of these items, the minimum for free shipping is increased to $150.00.
We also offer USPS (United States Postal Service) first class mail shipping on all orders under $50.00 and on small items weighting less than 12 ounces.
Shipping Rates
USPS and UPS both have been increasing their rates as of 2021 and in some cases their new rates are ridiculously expensive. We have been forced to remove "USPS Priority Mail" as a shipping option on some bulky items, such as boom and canopies because USPS rates have kept increasing as of the second quarter of 2022. For example, to ship a boom and a canopy 4-5 states away, it costs over $100! This is unacceptable in our opinion and even though we're willing to subsidize the cost of shipping, you will not find "USPS Priority Mail" as a shipping option with some items. With this said, we will always provide you with free shipping if you meet the free shipping threshold!
Product Availability
"In stock" items are shipped within 24 hours, in most cases even on the same day (see cutoff time below). Pre-order items will ship upon arrival, depending on the brand and type of product, it could take as little as 3-5 days or as long as 3 weeks. If you order includes "in stock" and "coming soon" items, in stock items will ship first unless the items in stock are below the free shipping minimum amount, if in doubt, contact us.
Shipping Cutoff Times
All orders received are shipped as soon as humanly possible. However, we have cut off times simply because our carriers pick up a different times throughout the day:
Orders shipped via USPS will ship on the same day Monday through Friday as long as the order is received by 11:00 AM Eastern Time. Orders shipped by UPS will ship on the same day Monday through Friday as long as received by 2:30 PM Eastern Time. Once again, these cut off times are in place because of the time of the day these carriers show up at our warehouse to pick up the orders. If you are a dealer and your order is rather large, please allow an extra day or two for processing. All smaller orders will ship the same day as long as received by the cutoff time.
Order Pickup
Please note that our location is not currently setup to accept walk-in customers. This is because the warehouse is arranged with isles and bins, which is the most efficient setup to have in order to pick and ship online orders quickly. However, if you wish to pick up an order, simply place your order and contact our sales department to setup an appointment. We will greet you at our shipping area and deliver the order to you. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, we will refund you the shipping cost when you pick up the order.
