If you have an issue with a product purchased from BK Hobbies, you can return the product to us for a full refund within 15 days of the date of purchase. The product must be in brand new, unopened condition. Used products, including helicopter parts or electronics do not qualify for a refund, however, under certain circumstances we can offer in-store credit and a restocking fee may apply.

Before sending a product back to us, please obtain an RMA number from our support team. You MUST include the RMA number in the package for proper identification.

If you are returning a product you must incur the shipping expense to us, the exception to this would be if we sent you the incorrect item in which case we will send you a shipping label via email.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the warranty of a product, please contact the manufacturer of that product directly. If the product in question is part of one of our proprietary brands, i.e. BK Servo, Switch Blades, Theta Servo, Xnova Motors or SAB, please contact us.
